5 Bookings and Confirmation
Bookings may be made through the form on the Site, by email, by phone or via WhatsApp. A booking is deemed confirmed only when:
- You have completed the booking form or the participation agreement, and
- we have received the payment of the deposit or of the full amount of the service, as applicable, and

Prices are expressed in US dollars (USD) or soles (PEN) as indicated. For most Services a deposit is requested at the time of booking; the balance must be paid before the start of the experience, within the deadlines communicated to you.
The available payment methods will be those indicated at the time of booking. Payment shall be deemed made once the amount has been actually credited to our accounts.
We reserve the right to update our rates. The prices in effect at the time of confirmation of your booking shall apply, unless third-party rates (transportation, lodging or other complementary services) change for reasons beyond our control.
We will issue the corresponding proof of payment (receipt or invoice) in accordance with SUNAT regulations. See the cancellation and refund terms in our Refund Policy.

- Cancellations made between 8 and 15 days before the date are eligible for a partial refund.
- Cancellations less than 8 days in advance do not entitle you to a refund; the deposit may be used as credit toward a future experience.
Any rescheduling credit shall be valid for 12 months from its date of issuance.
