• Voluntary health data: only when you decide to inform us about conditions relevant to assessing your safe participation.

We do not actively collect personal data from minors. If we were ever to process such data in error, we will delete it as soon as we become aware of it.

Your personal data is used exclusively for:

1. Managing and confirming bookings for the Services.
2. Processing payments and issuing the corresponding receipts.
3. Coordinating the logistics of the experiences (dates, locations, materials).
4. Sending you communications related to your booking, as well as contact and follow-up information.

4 Legal Basis

The processing of your personal data is based on Law No. 29733, Personal Data Protection Law (Ley de Protección de Datos Personales), and its Regulations (Supreme Decree No. 003-2013-JUS – Decreto Supremo N° 003-2013-JUS). The applicable legal bases are:

• The performance of the contractual relationship arising from your booking.
• Your consent to receive commercial communications.
• Compliance with legal obligations applicable to the tourism and tax sectors.
• The legitimate interest in ensuring the security of the Site and the quality of the service, provided that your right to privacy does not prevail.

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal data. We may share it only with:

• Service providers that assist us in operating the Site and our business (web hosting, payment gateways, email services), always under confidentiality agreements.

• Teachers and facilitators within our own organization, exclusively for the provision of the contracted service.

In accordance with Law No. 29733, you have the right to request at any time:

• Cancellation or deletion of data whose processing is no longer necessary or has expired.
• Objection to the processing of your data in certain circumstances.
• To revoke the consent previously granted.

To exercise these rights, write to us at info@innercondor.com indicating your name, the right you wish to exercise and documentation proving your identity. We will respond to your request within a maximum of ten (10) business days, extendable as permitted by law.

7 Security and Retention

We apply appropriate technical, organizational and legal measures to protect your data against loss, misuse, unauthorized access, alteration or disclosure. These include: encryption of connections (HTTPS), access controls, and internal confidentiality procedures.

We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes described, and until the applicable statutory limitation periods expire (tax, consumer and others). Once such periods lapse, the data is deleted or anonymized.

8 Minors

Our Services are intended for adults. Should a minor participate with the authorization of a father, mother or guardian, the processing of their data will be carried out with the consent of whoever holds parental authority and exclusively for the purposes of the authorized participation.
